Spring House Season Registration is available from Mid November to the end of February
Fall House Season Registration is available from Early July to Mid August
Travel Baseball Registration is available throughout the month of July for the following year
Travel Softball Registration is available throughout the month of July for the following year
Registration ages are determined by birthday.  The birthday cutoffs can vary by program.  Use see the Age Charts for guidance

Following the closure of registration, players and coaches will be assigned to rosters in the month of March.
Special requests for team assignments will be considered, but not guaranteed.
Once player and coach assignments are finalized, coaches will contact team members for introductions.  
First practice will be held mid April.  Specific dates will depend upon the weather and field availability.
Please see various program pages for specific dates for practices and games.  In general, the spring season runs from Mid April until the end of June.

Spring house team will be provided team equipment (Catchers gear, practice/game balls, team bat and medical kits)
Spring house players are responsible for pants, glove, helmet and bat

When a game/practice is cancelled due to field conditions, the field status and schedule will be updated.

Spencerport Junior Baseball and Softball uses school and town facilities.  In conjunction with school and town representatives, field availability will be determined by 3pm on weekdays. 
After 3pm, league presidents will coordinate with head coaches to determine field availability prior to game/practice time.
Once coaches and players arrive at the field, it will be the coaches and umpire responsibility to decide when a game/practice is cancelled.
