FAQ - Registration:

When are registrations open for the spring house baseball seasons?

• Generally, spring registration is open from mid-November to March 15th.  Specific information about registration for each program under the Program's tab 

How to register my child for a level above or below their current age?

• Within the registration process, there will be option to select play up/down.  Please select this option, and the League Presidents will review your request.  Please note, not all request will be approved.  Number of players per league, player safety and other considerations will be reviewed as part of the request.
  

My player was added to a waitlist.  What does that mean?

• Each program sets a maximum number of players.  If you are interested and playing and a program has reach the maximum number of players, newly registered players will be added to the waitlist.  Please register for the waitlist as maximum numbers of players and rosters can fluctuate due to number of teams, number of coaches, play up/down request and other factors.  

How do I pay my amount due?

• Payment amounts can be found in the 'My Account' link located at the top right of this page.  After clicking 'My Account' there is an option to view/pay an open balance on the right hand side.

It asks for an email address for my child's account when registering, should I put my email address in there?

• Notifications will be sent to the email address associated with the player and the guardian.  If you child has an email address and would like to receive the notifications, you can enter their address.  Both the player and guardian will then receive notifications.  Otherwise, please use your email address for your child.

How do I access my child's team page?

• Your child's team page is located within the Team Central tab.  You can then search for you're team using the Team Directory page

My child's coach information is not listed on the team page.  How can I contact him/her?

• Please contact your league president for assistance.  League president contact information can be found under the About Us tab.

Where can I find the rules and guidelines for each league?

• League rules and guidelines can be found within the specific program pages under the Programs tab.
