Waiver Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for consideration for a SJB Hardship Waiver, you must provide the following documents:
- Proof of Spencerport Residency.
- All necessary registration information (Proof of Age, etc.)
- A brief explanation of the financial hardship
- Any additional documentation to help support your request
Note: All documents will be kept confidential and destroyed at the conclusion of each season.
