1. League Presidents:  The SJBBSB league president will posts the rosters once finalized
   1. After the rosters are posted, the team is available for import by the coach
2. Coaches: Sign in to Gamechanger using the same email address as your Sports Connect account.  Then import the team by following these instructions.
   
   1. Download the Game Changer app on the phone
   2. Create a Game Change account using the same email address as your Spencerport Junior Baseball Account
      1. Using the same email address as SJB Account is important to automatically sync the SJB team, roster and schedule.
   3. After creating an account and logging in, follow these steps to import your team from Sports Connect
      1. Sports Connect hosts Spencerport Junior Baseball's website
   4. Once the team has been imported, current Game Changer users will generally have the team automatically added to their app.  However, people new to Game Change will NOT receive an invite to join the team.
      1. Please send invite emails from the app to any members of the team who are still in the "invited state, meaning they haven't created an account in the app with their Sports Connect account email.   Those invites will direct them to download the app and create their account. 
      2. You can also click the share the invite.  Tap on the team within the app > Tab the Share icon next to the Gear in the top right (It looks like a rectangle with and arrow pointing up) > copy link.  This link can be sent to families to join the team as a family member. Once somebody requests to be a family member, their request will be sent to the coach or existing family contacts, and they will need to approve it before they can be fully added as a family member.
   5. Send invite emails from the app to any members of the team community who are still in the "invited" state, meaning they haven't created an account in the app with their Sports Connect account email. Those invites will direct them to download the app and create their account.
3. Once the team is imported into Game Changer, practices and games will sync from Sports Connect to Game Changer
   
   1. Schedule changes made in Game Changer DO NOT sync back to Sports Connect (Spencerport's System of Record)
   2. All Schedule changes must be made by the SJB League President.

After the coach imports the team from Sports Connect to Game Changer...

• Download the app from their phone's app store. 
• Create an account with the same email they use with Sports Connect, and the team will be on their account.
• If you already have an account, the team will just be added to their list of teams.

The Spencerport Junior Baseball & Softball website was created with a dynamic design accessible on all devices.  There is not a mobile app for website, registration, and billing activities.  However, our site integrates with the Game Changer app for game and team management.  Coaches/teams are not required to use the GameChanger app, but is available for use.  Following registration and roster assignments, team will be available for import into the GameChanger app. 

Important GameChanger and Sports Connect Integration Details:
Important:  Data is ONLY exchanged and synced from Sports Connect (SJB Website) --> GameChanger App.  Changes to schedule within the GameChanger App do not sync back to the SJB website, and does not secure field availability.  All practice and game scheduling should be completed by the league president within the SJB website.  
Important:  When creating a GameChanger account, use the same login information you used to create the Sports Connect account.

GameChanger app for sports teams.  The simple, yet powerful GameChanger app streamlines communication and team coordination for the coaches, team managers, parents, and volunteers who dedicate so much time and energy to enhancing the youth sports experience for youth athletes.

GameChanger is free for coaches and team staff for streaming, scoring, and viewing stat and video content for their team.  Fans have the option to purchase a subscription to GameChanger to access paid content.
